Indoor cycling is a form of high-intensity exercise that involves the use of a stationary exercise bicycle in a classroom setting. Where routines are designed to simulate terrain and situations encountered in actual bicycle rides, including hill climbs, sprints and interval training. The instructor uses music and enthusiastic coaching to motivate students to work hard and sweat!

As first-timers to the world of spinning we will be taught: hand positions used to increase muscle isolation, bike adjustment to ones own body and proper cycling technique. We will start off slow and build our confidence and strength to join in other classes or get prepared for outdoor cycling in the Spring.
