In the vast, uncluttered heart of the desert, you will find yourself hearing your thoughts, contemplating history, but most of all, enjoying the stillness and quiet.
The legendary capital of the Nabatean Empire, the rose-red city of Petra is a marvel too amazing to rush through. You’ll want to explore this incredible site forever. The Petra National Park covers around 40 square miles, and the ancient paths leading to this remarkable location extend the area we call “Petra” even further. Appreciate it in the same way that people of centuries past — on your own two feet.

Day 1 18/10
Meet/assist, overnight Amman. We spend the rest of the day with a small city tour taking in the highlights. In the evening, we explore this city’s vibrant nightlife.
Day 2 19/10
This is a driving day, where we visit Mt. Nebo and Madaba. We stop for refreshments and to take in these two important sites. Continue to Petra for overnight.
Day 3 20/10
Full day in Petra (entry through Siq). We take our time to explore this amazing site in great detail. We walk around the area with our local expert guide, and take in the amazing atmosphere.
Day 4 21/10
Second full day in Petra (visit Jabal Harun).
Day 5 22/10
Final day in Petra (entry by al-Madras). Our afternoon is free to relax, and we go to Petra Kitchen in the evening to cook local cuisine and learn about customs and food. We enjoy this experience with our new friends..
Day 6 23/10
Transfer to Wadi Rum for full day hiking, a definite highlight on this trip. With the amazing contrast of bright blue skies and the pink sand of the dessert, this is a photographer’s dream.
Day 7 24/10
Full day of hiking in Wadi Rum, exploring the ancient trails. Here we experience the way of life of our local hosts, and learn their nomadic customs. Accompanied by our driver, cooks and guides, we are pampered on this portion of the tour.
Day 8 25/10
Jeep transfer to Rum village; drive to Dead Sea via Karak. Arrive at the Dead Sea for leisure time and a massage at the hotel spa. Overnight at the Dead Sea.
Day 9 26/10
Transfer to airport for departure.
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If you cancel within the cancellation policy detailed in the event description below, a credit will be issued for the full amount that can be applied towards a future event. All trips are rain or shine. If a trip is rescheduled due to unsatisfactory conditions, weather or double booking, a credit for the trip may be applied to any other trip for one calendar year.

Two Week Cancellation Policy. You must cancel two weeks (14 Days) prior to the event date. Meet Market Adventures will not be liable for lost or stolen articles during this tour or articles left after this tour. Any damage to the interior or exterior of equipment or venue which is caused by the individual signing up for this tour, is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of the carriers service due to such damage. The driver and/or tour director has the right to eject any disruptive person who is abusive, poses a safety threat to other passengers, or any person who engages in the use of illegal substance. The act of signing up for this event makes the individual solely responsible for his/her safety while on the tour, at the completion of the tour and at all venues throughout this tour. In consideration of the right to participate in this event, the individual hereby assumes all risks, and will hold the owners operators, employees and agent of Meet Market Adventures Incorporated harmless from any and all liability, actions, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, executors, and administrators for all members of my family including any friends accompanying me. The act of signing up for this event agrees that the individual, if intoxicated, will not operate a motorized vehicle after leaving the tour. The act of signing up for this event relieves Meet Market Adventures Incorporated, their employees, directors, vendors and contractors from any liability and responsibility for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, liability criminal or civil litigation for the individual arising out or relating to a tour.
