I'm searching for a roommate. Here are the details...

Bi-level, three bedroom house to share in The Beaches (Toronto/East) with one down to earth female and her beloved dog (Small breed, Pug/Beagle mix * must love dogs)

Large bedroom (unfurnished) with hard wood floors. The third bedroom subs as a shared office. The house is fully furnished for the exception of your bedroom. The home features a three piece bathroom with tub, comfortable living room, kitchen with dishwasher and a dining room that seats 8. Main level has brand new hardwood floors and most rooms have recently been painted.

Shared backyard with BBQ and patio set. Washer & Dryer are also included. TTC at door, street parking and short walk to Queen Street East. No smoking (outside only) / No drugs / No pets, please.

Looking for a fellow professional, male or female, between 27-42 years old (give or take a few years). Someone who is fun and considerate that enjoys music, movies, good food and a few drinks from time to time.

$875/utilities included (cable & internet are extra/ shared costs)

Nov. 1, Nov. 15 or Dec. 1 References required
One year lease preferred, 6 months may be possible.
