MMA is a great way to get out and do activities you want to do with other like minded people. There is a pretty good age range in any of the activities that I have done and there is plenty of opportunity to make new friends and just have a great time. I have been to a cooking night, horseback riding and the white water rafting/camping trip. I have made some great friends/contacts on all of these trips and didn't find any of them to be high pressure to meet people. There are some icebreaker games at some events and that is just so everyone has a chance to get to know one another.
