Thank you for your question. The first time we organize a new event we always make it small. We have learnt that this type of risk management works in other cities. Simply put we often depend on other people (e.g. restaurant) on delivering what they had promised. The first time is really a test if what was promised to us actually happens. Then, if things work out, we increase the size of the group.
