The sea kayaking is about being on a calm water on a lake. The white water rafting is on a fast moving water on the river. (We know the terms could be a bit confusing).

The kayaks are single kayaks. The last two times we went there, we had lots of fun. Also, the New World Center has an excellent record of safety.
