Sweltering hot doesn't stop the MMA fun! I can't believe
I had energy to dance after that hike! I think all this fun is just amping up my energy more!!

I want to say thanks to all the guys who dipped me, spun me, and just went crazy with me on Saturday - I had an incredible time THANKS :)

Plus my girlfriends thanks for the excitement, ladies you were wild! keepin' it low low low!! LOL
