I was extremely sore after the event...but it was definetly worth it. The course was at Horseshoe valley resort. You start off with a safety lesson and from there you are in the trees. The first section is lower to the ground. The course is not as challenging as the next one. Once you 'graduate' from the first course you can repeat it or head higher up in the trees and really challenge your balance, strength and concentration. The staff was really helpful and kept the groups energy up. At the end we got to do a bonus course of this crazy ziplining! :) It was so much fun and a rush of energy.

So basicallly...I would recommend it! :)
