St Paddy's Day Party

Well as stated in my "message board help" post I'm new and will be attending the St. Paddy's day festivities tomorrow (as my first event).
Hello,

I'm 31 and starting my vacation Tuesday (otherwise probably wouldn't have the chance to attend) I am looking forward to this event, can anyone give me the scoop on what to expect? and what is the aproximate age group for these types of events? (approximate)
