MMA GTA / Ont events, over 40 etc..

There are many MMA events with a wide age range in attendance. I've gone to events such as beach v-ball, intro tennis, Thai boxing, Yoga, usually bring out widest age range I've found. (so how's about Lawn Bowling MMA? ;-) I'm going indoor ice skating (Oakville) & Snowboarding 101 for example & hope more people in the GTA check out events like these from MMA Hamilton. Car pooling can be arranged.
