Details

Join Meet Market Adventures and other adventurous singles for an exciting afternoon of Ziplining. Come experience the air as you soar from the top of the Canada Olympic Park's Ski jump tower on North America's fastest zipline! Riders fly down the unique cable system in a comfortable harness, reaching speeds between 120 and 140 km/h. As Calgary's highest vantage point, the ski jump tower provides a zipline that is 500 metres long with a vertical drop of more than 100 metres.

Afterwards we will head to the Eighty Eight lounge to mingle and discuss the experience over some drinks. 

This event includes: all equipment required, zipling experience, interactive icebreaker activities and networking with other singles.

***Carpooling Available. A carpool email will be sent out the Monday prior to the event. Carpool requests can be submitted up until noon on the Friday prior to the event. Carpool matches will be sent out after this time. If a carpool match cannot be found a full credit will be applied to your MMA account.

**For Safety reasons the winds may result in the inability to operate the tower line. If this is the case an additional line run on the plaza will be used as an alternate. In addition a "wind check" will be issued by the park to come back on another date.

**MMA will not host an additional event as a result of a "wind check" being issued, the use of the "wind check" will be on an individual basis.
