Join Meet Market Adventures and other Adventurous Singles for an exciting and interactive day of target shooting with the Cowboys of Eastern Ontario Handgun Club.

Our trained professionals will discuss and demonstrate safety elements such as proper handling of guns, ammunition, target firing rules, stance, left or right eye dominance and more. Then we’ll don eye and ear protection and head to the range. This Handgun club is very unique, they use only old west fire arms. So come experience the western ways and live like a cowboy for an afternoon!

You will get to shoot a rifle, pistol and a shot gun!

This adventure is designed for those that have never fired a handgun before, those that are new to handgun shooting and have never received professional instruction, and those students that are interested in firing a variety of handgun actions to aid them in the process of selecting the “right” handgun.

This is an exclusive package designed specifically for MMA, so come out and satisfy your curiosity in a safe, controlled environment while making a few new friends in the process!

Please Bring: Eye protection (very important), ear protection, appropriate clothing, no sandals, bug spray, snacks and water

* Price includes: Fully certified instructors, handguns, club access, targets and ammunition.

* Carpooling Available.  Carpool guarantees cannot be made for requests submitted after noon Friday of the event week.  

Directions From Ottawa:

Take the 417 east to the Embrun/Vars Exit (#88) and turn left. Go north through Vars and turn right at the stop sign/light onto Russell Road. Drive about 10.5 km east until you reach a flashing yellow light at the crossroads in the village of Cheney. Turn right at this light onto Drouin Road and drive 2.4 km straight south into the Larose Forest. We are on the right-hand side about 1 km after the road turns to gravel.
