Have you always wanted to learn to run but haven’t known where to start? Do you need to change your everyday training regime? Well here’s your chance!

Join Meet Market Adventures and other active singles as we lace up our running shoes and learn the ins and outs of the great sport of running. Whether you have to dust off your shoes or have recently bought your first pair, our experienced instructor has designed a unique program that will appeal to everyone, covering such topics as goal setting, running form, stretching and injury prevention as well as dressing for the weather and nutrition.

 We will spend some “classroom” time covering key topics, and then head out for a short run through the quiet  streets putting into practice what you've just learned.

So let’s get our heart rates up and enjoy ourselves while taking a step (okay many steps) towards improving our fitness levels!

What to wear/bring:

- Dress for the weather as this is a rain or shine event
- Workout clothes, running shoes
- Water and a hat
