Survivor Boot Camp is for those of you who are looking to make improvements in your overall physical appearance and well-being, if you want to feel more energized, look and feel more confident about yourself. Plus you will be meeting others like yourself and there is a great benefit in a common purpose. Our certified trainer Daniela is passionate about health and fitness. She will guide us through a workout that will kick us in the butt. She is there to encourage and motivate you in a positive way. Participants will go through a fun and motivation program designed to get more out of the hour spent sweating.

This is for men and women of all fitness levels which will focus on core, lower & upper body training, Pilates, yoga, cardio, agility training, calisthenics, short distance running, circuit training and much more.

You will need a yoga mat /or towel.
