Singles Intro To Trampolining- Great Work Out!!!

Join Meet Market Adventures and other active singles for a fun night of Trampolining. Coaches will work with athletes at their own pace on trampoline skills and general fitness. Trampoline is a super work-out for all, burning 600 calories/hour! We will rotate between 8 Competitive High Performance Trampolines surrounded by side and end decks for comfort and safety.

After our fun workout, we will head to a local pub for some dinner and drinks.

DIRECTIONS:

Driving North on Chesswood from Sheppard, turn into 1st Driveway on Right. Drive through the parking lot past Coffee Time & King Soloman's Table Park in inside corner of parking lot, in front of the Brass Bed Company. Enter through double glass doors into Courtyard Come on in - you are now at 3731 Chesswood Drive - Just Bounce Trampoline Club!
