Join Janice O'Reilly, Meet Market Adventures and other single “photo buffs” as we explore the Art Museum and other area architecture through the lens of our cameras. No matter the season, Janice O'Rielly can be found capturing maritime photos from Philadelphia to Nova Scotia. This is no ordinary photography lesson; Janice’s passion for photography will inspire the hidden talent buried in all of us!

As we walk up the steps of the world renown Art Museum steps, Janice will teach us not to be afraid to get down and dirty to get that perfect shot. She will share her experiences and take us to the most picturesque spots, so we can feel inspired by the nature and scenery that makes the Philly Art Museum District what it is. 

Whether you have a digital or manual camera Janice will teach us tricks that no photographer should be without such as lighting, shutter speeds, f-stops and most importantly composition. So regardless if you’re a seasoned photographer or just getting to know your camera, you will find this adventure informative, light hearted and a visual feast for the soul.

What to bring: Please dress for the weather as this is a rain or shine event. Wear comfortable shoes with sturdy soles and bring your camera of course! 

We will meet outside of the Art Museum on the north side of the steps!
