Join Meet Market Adventures & other active singles for a fun day of hiking in Up State New York. Enjoy the spectacular Spring colours and views as we hike Wawayanda State Park. We will hike this amazing trail shadowed by purple cliffs plunging down to the deep blue waters of Terrace Pond. As we follow both rocky trails and woods roads, you will enjoy splendid views that overlook this scenic park. We stop for lunch and a swim at the pristine lakeshore.

Moderate Hike

BRING: Your lunch, plenty of water, backpack/day pack, bathing suit and a towel.

Wear: Weather-appropriate athletic clothing, comfortable athletic pants (not jeans), hiking boots (or athletic shoes) as well as an extra pair of socks. As we may encounter wet trails, we strongly recommend HIKING BOOTS, or trail runners, not tennis shoes.

DEPARTURE: Our passenger vans depart from the NE corner of 73rd St.& Broadway in front of Apple Bank; (Subways to 72nd St.: 1, 2, 3, 9). Return to same location. Departure time varies depending on the trip. (If you drive your car to our departure point, on-street and reasonably priced garage parking are available nearby.)
