Join Meet Market Adventures and other adventurous Singles for a fun filled day of flight. For the flight, you sit in the front seat of one of our 2 seater training gliders and are launched behind a tug to 2000 feet above ground level. The instructor, who has a similar set of controls to those in the front, will demonstrate how the glider is controlled, and then, under his watchful eye, will let you have a go on the controls. When it is time to prepare for landing, the instructor will take over the controls again.

Depending on the prevailing weather conditions, you could find a thermal and climb to 4~5000 feet, your flight will typically last around 20 minutes. Don't forget to bring a hat and sunglasses! Price includes flight, instruction, and gratuity.

DIRECTIONS:

Take the 401 to hwy 410 North. Take hwy 410 North to Mayfield road and head west to hwy 10.  On hwy 10 head north to hwy 9.  Turn left onto hwy 9. Travel about 20 minutes until you reach Line 5 - there is a small York Soaring sign on your left - turn left here and then turn onto the first driveway on your right (if you reach hwy 6 you've gone too far west and must turn around). Go around the hanger towards the office. Park just before the second hangar on the right. The clubhouse is located behind the hangar.
