Join Meet Market Adventures and other adventurous singles for a fun filled evening of Sea Kayaking Instruction. Take advantage of this training session and familiarize yourself with the equipment and the special skills so that you can kayak whenever the opportunity arises. Participants of this course will feel confident enough to rent their own kayaks after attending. After learning the basics of this fun sport we will take a tour of the lower Humber River, a scenic Canadian Heritage River. Stay healthy and enjoy wilderness in the city! TTC directions:     from the Old Mill TTC Subway Station, leave station and turn left walking  towards Bloor Street.  At Bloor St. W. turn left, staying on the north hand side of Bloor.  Walk to the bridge (not on bridge) that passes over the Humber River.  Just before this bridge on the north / west corner of the bridge there is a wooden set of stairs that lead down to the river valley.  Walk down these stairs.  At the bottom of these stairs turn left and walk over to the parking lot that is under the subway line.  This is were we meet.

Driving Directions:   from Jane Street and Bloor St. W. drive west on Bloor to the first street west of the bridge that passes over the Humber River.  Turn north on Old Mill Trail.  The Old Mill TTC Subway Station should be on your right hand side, keep going to the end of street.  Turn right, now you should be driving past the Old Mill Inn on your right hand side.  Just past this wonderful hotel there is a small road that runs south along the west bank of the Humber River. Turn right down this small parking lot road.  Park in the 1st parking lot on the left hand side under the subway line bridge.  This is were we meet.
