Have you always wanted to learn to run but haven’t known where to start? Do you need to change your everyday training regime? Well here’s your chance!

Join Meet Market Adventures and other active singles as we lace up our running shoes and learn the ins and outs of the great sport of running. Our trained guides from City Running Tours, have designed a program that will take place in our very own Central Park. We will be exercising our mind and body simultaneously. Not only will we begin to adapt or revisit a great new sport, but we will be showered with historical, architectural and interesting knowledge as we go through the park.

Whether you have to dust off your shoes or have recently bought your first pair, our experienced instructors have designed a unique program that will appeal to everyone, covering such topics as goal setting, running form, stretching and injury prevention.

So let’s get our heart rates up and enjoy ourselves while taking a step (okay many steps) towards improving our fitness levels!

What to wear/bring:

- Dress for the weather as this is a rain or shine event
- Workout clothes, running shoes
- Water and a hat
