Does the mention of Mexican food make your mouth water? Have you ever wanted to learn how to make some of these mouth-watering dishes from scratch? Join MMA and other single foodies and learn how to create a Mexican feast!

This culinary adventure will highlight some of Mexico's greatest food traditions which are amongst the most colourful dishes of any cuisine. Our Master Chef will start the evening off with an overview of the ingredients we will be working with and how the spices and flavours blend together. Then we will break into groups and get right into preparing the dishes. This is a hands-on adventure so don’t forget to bring an apron! 

Tortilla chips are synonymous with Mexican cuisine and if they’re made from scratch ...even better! The tortilla chips will be pared with a delicious Salsa Verde. Never heard of it? Well it’s made from a cousin of the tomato and it's green!

At the same time as the tortilla chips and salsa verde are being prepared, others will be working on a black bean soup and prepping ingredients for classic beef, chicken and vegetarian Tacos. Last but not least on the evening’s menu will be Empanaditas con picadillo. Oh, and don’t forget the Margaritas - we'll be thirsty after all that cooking!

Once all the dishes are prepared, we’ll sit down, clink our Margarita glasses in a toast to our enjoyment of a selection of savory and spicy Mexican dishes! Don't miss this fiesta of the senses, as we enjoy all of that Mexican food has to offer. Ole!
