Join Meet Market Adventures and other singles as we de-stress, warm up & experience an afternoon of mind and body connection. Yoga is an ancient wisdom that is meant to be incorporated into everyone’s pattern of life: proper exercise, breathing, relaxation, diet and positive thinking. It is a combination of calm breathing and deep stretching that allows for greater oxygen supply throughout the body, which returns the system to its healthiest form. This class will cater to the needs of every student at any skill level including beginners to experienced students and even those recovering from injuries causing acute or chronic pain.

After we have relaxed our bodies, we will have some Salt Spring Organic tea, to sooth our souls.  At tea time, we will get to learn more about yoga and our new friends.

Directions: Unity Yoga - 1672 E 10th Avenue, Vancouver - Located behind the Mac's Convenience Store on 10th Avenue (just off of Commercial Drive). There is ample parking directly behind the building - look for the Yin/Yang symbol drawn on the pavement! Park anywhere you like. Sorry, no direct access from the back.
