An Intro Class is the perfect way to get a taste of what Sheila Kelley's S Factor is all about. It provides a basic introduction to the fundamentals of the S Factor workout. We are offering this to you in a fun, safe and supportive environment where size and age does not matter. MMA is all about having fun, so bring your smile, comfortable clothing and sense of humour!

Participants should wear comfortable workout attire and should not use lotion the day of the class. Please bring an exercise mat if you can as we provide a limited quantity.
