We will begin our adventure with picking up our snowshoes at Trailhead Rental Store located at 1960 Scott Street (Map: Click HERE). The store is easily accessible by OC Transpo and its helpful staff will assist us with choosing the right size of snowshoes. Then, we will head over to Old Chelsea. It is a great snowshoe trail which will take about 90 minutes to complete. We are very fortunate that Eddie, one of the most experienced Gatineau Park Guides, will again be our tour guide.

We expect to be back in Ottawa about 3:30 PM and members are welcome to join us at a pub to reminisce about our adventure. What a perfect way to spend Saturday afternoon!

Price includes: full transportation, the snowshoe rental, bottled water, good exercise and fun with new friends.

Directions: We will meet at 1960 Scott Street (near Promenade Island Park). We are providing full transportation to Gatineau Park and back to Ottawa.

Please note: In case we cannot do this event due to the luck of snow, the event will be rescheduled to February 7th.
