Join Meet Market Adventures for a thrill of a lifetime! You will experience this exciting adventure that is catching the country by storm. Ice Climbing is very safe and a lot of fun. You will learn the basics of ice climbing, belaying, professional instruction, and top of the line equipment. Our commitment to safety and instructor's experience with risk management will ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience. All equipment is provided. Carpools will be arranged.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:

* Toque (that covers ears): wool or polar plus
* Balaclava: lightweight wool or polar fleece
* Underwear: tops & bottoms of midweight polyproplene
* Sweater: wool or polar plus
* Pants: no jeans - wool or polar plus only
* Socks: lightweight & heavyweight wool or polar fleece (2 pairs)
* Gloves: heavyweight, wool or polar fleece
* Mitts: heavyweight, wool or polar fleece
* Pants: wind & waterproof overpants
* Sunglasses or Safety Glasses: shatter-proof (THIS IS A MUST HAVE ITEM)

WHAT TO BRING:

* Hearty, high calorie lunch
* Thermos of hot decaffeinated drink
* Camera & lots of film
* Small pack to carry lunch, spare clothes & climbing gear
* Boots: felt pack insulated Sorrel type boots are best.

We will be meeting at the parking lot on the left side of the road about 3 km from Bent River.
