Join Meet Market Adventures & other Single Art Lovers for an informative tour of Chelsea's Art Galleries. On this guided tour of Chelsea's huge collection of art galleries, we will visit 8 modern galleries in the world?s center for contemporary art with all new exibits! Our tour guide previews over 150 exhibits each month and selects the 8 most fascinating and varied ones for us to explore. You'll see the very newest in painting, sculpture, electronic media and photography. At each stop on the walking tour, our guide explains the artwork and leads the group in lively discussion. And there will be plenty of time in and out of the galleries to socialize with the other intelligent, adventurous participants. Dress appropriately for the day's weather and wear comfortable shoes for walking (about 8 blocks total). The tour will take place rain or shine, as we will be indoors 90% of the time. Come on out and see what?s cookin' in Chelsea! After the tour we will head to a local Pub for some drinks and entertainment.
