A night to experience Japan. Starting with making sushi rice into futomaki and California rolls. Followed by Nigiri Sushi with Shrimp and Smoked salmon. Everyone gets to dress up in kimonos and sit down for a formal sushi dinner and drink sake.

DIRECTIONS: located in Chinguacousy Park at 195 Central Parkway, in Brampton take 401 West to 410 North, exit on Queen St. E go East-first set of lights East of Dixie is Central Park Drive, go North (turn left) the first light is the park, make a right turn into Chinguacousy Park. Park in the first parking lot on your left, walk towards the Greenhouse or the red barn over a bridge, the teahouse is right behind the Greenhouse
